Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. This is the place where I’ll share news about my writing, works in progress, the occasionally messy reality of the creative process, and whatever else is currently keeping me up at night—in fiction or otherwise.
I write character-driven contemporary fiction, suspense/thrillers, and psychological horror about flawed, funny people trying to live honestly while carrying more than they should. My stories explore identity, desire, memory, grief, secrets, complicated relationships, and the uncomfortable truths that tend to surface when people least expect them. You will find characters from a range of backgrounds, relationships, and lived experiences in my work because that is what makes a fictional world feel honest to me. I write LGBTQIA+ characters and relationships as part of the lived-in truth of my fictional worlds: sometimes central to the story, sometimes quietly ordinary, always human.
